The soup can be eaten as is or cooked like a broth with veggies. It is especially satisfying with boiled eggs, this dish known as “Bithara Kiri Hodhi” and usually, served for breakfast and accompanied with roti (flat bread), rice, string hoppers (rice noodle cakes), Appam (crispy rice flour bread). | ![]() VEDA CHAI•INGURÚ TÉ•KAHA•VEDA COFFEEThese teas and coffee blends are made with Sri Lanka Black tea and coffee. Veda Chai or Té comes to you in two blends; a spice infused "masala" Chai and a classically Sri Lankan Chai infused with ginger. The teas are lightly sweetened with jaggery (a hardened coconut or palm molasses). The robust flavour of Veda Coffee is enhanced with a blend of coriander and freshly ground black pepper. |
