At VEDA™ we believe in the *ayurvedic principle “food as medicine”.
Based on this foundation VEDA™ is dedicated to maintaining integrity in our products by providing tridoshic options that promote grounding and balance. VEDA™ products are ideal for those who desire to enjoy a Vedic life but are unable to fully pursue these ideals because of daily demands.
We view VEDA™ products and the AadhiCuisine™ food powered by VEDA™ as a means by which people can prepare nourishment for their family and loved ones with ease and convenience.
Many of the blends are family recipes from Sri Lanka, Kashmir, Myanmar, and Southern Italy.
Some of the whole spices and tea leaves in our products are sourced from sustainable farms, local grinding mills and tea estates in Sri Lanka.

We at VEDA want our products to not only nourish the community but also serve those in our community.
We have the following ongoing projects:
 LINCOLN PARK BRIDGE PROJECTOnce or twice a month, usually on a Friday night we go serve food, cookies, hot cocoa and hangout with the good people living on the streets of Long Beach. |  RAMA KRISHNA FARM TO STREETS PROJECTWhen the vegetables are ready and the orchards are lush with fruit, the monks at the Ramakrishna Monastery or those at LOCAL URBAN FARMS donate their crops to VEDA to distribute Prasadam to those without shelter. | YOGALUTION MONTHLY SATSANG!Scripture, Bhakti, Kirtan, and VEDA Kitchari and community building with sangha. |

Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month we pop up our AADHIVEDA Roti Shop at various locations in Long Beach, LA and Orange County. Good food service begins at 9.30.am ends at 12.30pm (or when food runs out)
